Hello, I'm Connie Durham, and I'm delighted to welcome you to share my passion for strong Godly families. As my own family grew, I realized that the differences in values, upbringing, and personality styles either brings couples closer together or pushes them farther apart and that only God can heal many a broken heart.
Our Foundation
For as long as I can remember, my husband and I have always strived for personal growth and to be our very best selves in everything we do. The Bible has been our guiding light in every choice we make, from raising our kids to navigating life's many decisions. When faced with something we didn't know, we relied on our deeply rooted faith, founded in the truths of the Bible.
A Lifetime of Learning and Teaching
I vividly remember our early days as young newlyweds. I once bought wallpaper at a discount store, and my husband asked, "Do you know how to hang that?" I didn't, but I was confident we could figure it out together. This can-do attitude has been a hallmark of our life. Check out our first podcast and the Chicken Story... begins 14 minutes in.

A Career in Sales and Beyond
For 21 years, I was also a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, where I enjoyed driving several free cars, winning seven diamond rings, and countless prizes. During this time, I was certified in Human Behavior Styles, which fueled my passion for understanding people.
A New Calling
In 2018, God began to tug at my heart as I witnessed the hardships and challenges people faced in their marriages. This calling led me to join the John Maxwell Team of Speakers, Coaches, and Trainers, where I've continued my education and training.
Today’s Mission
Today, my mission is to help couples overcome their challenges through my podcast, private coaching, small groups, and church events. I specialize in cultivating connection, understanding, and lasting love for an extraordinary marriage by helping couples understand their differences and focus on their strengths.
